sound clips how

what is everyone using to put sound clips or videos on the forum? my digital camera has a movie function and I also have a VHS c video recorder.

My Sony came with a USB cable/software/instructions which allows download to your computer from video camera...But I am not doing that..rather,I'm sending video's out to be installed on a Video CD....

Here is another position I use for the Sticky Pod mount......passenger side window..this allows shooting straight out windshield..

Maybe someone can chime in on the direct download for you....
