It is the front view of an in-line engine and illustrates how an internal combustion engine works. look towards the bottom of the page at the "working model" (similar to the "visible V8 some of us might remember). The camshaft is listed (I). Hope this helps!!! note: this is different than a pushrod engine, but the same basic priciple.
