Default Weekend Update:Custom Headers and Rack

Finally tacked up the driver side and test fitted the rack. A few pics of progress. The header flange ended up right at the floorboard angled seam. Not long tubes, mids.

I will probably run them for a month or two and then send them out. I just want to make sure they are leakproof. Then off to coating.

18 gauge and 1 7/8. By the way, Speedway now makes a tube kit for the LS1 in 1 5/8 and 1 7/8. I'm always a month ahead. crap.

coilover set-up, how is the ride heighth, ride, and handling? Do u remember the part number for the springs, were they the SBC springs ?

Nice job on the LS1 install and custom headers.

Ride height is 26 in., but the LS1 is to light. I need to call QA1 and see if they suggest cutting a coil off. I'm all the way down as you can see.
The ride is perfect. I can dial from stiff to loose. Very little reflex bounce.
The kit # is GMP44.
