Been happening all day to me as well. Just now started working and there was nothing that I did on my end. Never even closed the IE windows and it just finally started working. I am surprised by the lack of support from the forum staff as this has been pretty much ignored all day. They are probably working on it, but have not replied to anyones posts as to what is actually causing it.
