Default Big632 what a guy!

This story actually started this time last year in the Christmas give away thread. Big632 offered up and posted a BB stud girdle and roller rockers to the first taker, which just happened to be me. Well to make a long story short, the package was lost, twice if I remember correctly. In the mean time I bought a fuel filler cap from Mike and he offered to pick up a couple of those bright light tail light bulbs etc.

Then a couple weeks ago, after I just about gave up on the first set of parts, Mike sent me an email asking if I could use a BB Aeromotive electric fuel pump. Who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth. So I said that would be great. I figured at this point Mike would have forgotten all about me. After all UPS lost his packages. Why would he try again.

Well, my wife called me this afternoon and said there was a package from a guy somewhere in Kansas. I could only think one one person that could be. Yep Big632 sent me this:

That is truely incredible and an indication of the character of some of the members of the forum. Thanks Mike and Merry Christmas to you and yours.

All I need now is to find the best place to mount it and how to wire it.

Amen to that!!!

Be sure to wire it in with a fuse, and a relay.

Merry Christmas

Andy

Well, this was before Big632 started a business and became a Big Shot. This story started was when he was a regular forum member.

I was surprised at size and weight of the pump. Defiently going to have to run SS braided and AN fitting to complete my fuel line now.

Dean, yeah you're right....just need some time.

Hey Len Thanks for the kind words. Really glad it arrived.Im still a regular forum guy LOL. Before you go out and buy fittings let me know what size line you want to run ,either 6 or #8, I have at least 50 of those fittings I never used so tell me what you need and I will give them to you.Anyone else need some let me know.Merry christmas and safe and happy holidays.

Man nice story. I found that C3 owners and members are the friendliest
and most generious of all vette owner/drivers. C3's always give a big wave when passing on the rd. If your C3 is stopped or broke down on the side of the rd a C3 will always stop and ask if he can help and he will. Been there know that. I tried to pay it forward whenever I can. Saw a C3 broke down on the rd once and stopped the guy told me his gas filter went bad and he couldn't get fuel to the carb. It was Sunday afternoon and all auto stores were closed. I told him if he wanted to lock it up I would drive him home to get help or a tow. He said he wouldn't/counldn't leave his C3 on the side of the rd. I told him that I would check my garage for a filter. I drove home and searched my garage & found an unused filter jumped back in my 79 & w/needed tools & helped him get the 68 vert running. He couldn't believe I found a filter & came back. I know he will pay it forward someday to.

Just wanted to let you guys know how great you are.
