No blower, looks like a breather extension and a fake bug catcher. Bubba has been watching too much drag racing on TV.

I'm using 16x8's with Goodyead Eagles 255-50-16's, had minor frame rubbing when I first put them on and only on very, very tight turns....like into my driveway. But that didn't last very long.
