What level of quality are you looking for? What year is your Vette?
I have someone in inland North San Diego county that has painted 2 cars for me that I am pleased with. I detrim the cars and do the cut and buff, trim reinstall myself.

Here's two Corvette Shops you should look into:
J&D Corvettes in Bellflower
McJack's Corvettes in Santa Ana.
J&D does good work but are expensive IMO. I had McJack's replace the right front & rear fiberglass on my 70' then paint Monza Red. I'm pleased with the quality.
