I looked at it about 2 or 3 weeks ago when trying to figure out where to host pics not using WebSnots.
THREAD HI-JACK:
I play a AS Strat on old fender tube amps...not a pedal freak either...old school
We do make money though.
Because; we dont play at bars (unless private). Mainly; private parties, weddings, festivals, ect...
Lots-0-dancing and boobies jiggling everywhere since we play zydecho and cajun music.
That isnt my fav. genre of music at all...but I go with the motto: "It's all about the boobies!"
you should look again cuz its changed a lot. one thing i like is something called sustomer service which is impossible to find anymore expecially on line. i had problems and was amazed when bob called me at home(more than once) to help me learn when does that ever happen? any way i found the photo of the 79 ludwig octa plus--they sold the co a while back,,they used to be here in chicago on damen ave.. i was ther at the dock once with a tom tom and happen to meet the big cheese himself..william ludwig ,,,he took my 6 '' tom ,,and looked into the silver dot in the head ,,and fixed his hair(like a mirror) and told me it was like a fine jewel ,and i had a lifetime guarentee with him,,then he sold the co!!! from what i heard from drum dealers he regrets it to this day his father who started the co wanted it passed on down to bill the 3rd ect he took his share pissed it away a,,tried a restraunt in hawaii called''ludwigs'' and it flopped,,heard hes selling cars now-another kicker is when they sold the workers were told to take all the inventory of bolts nuts straps lugs ect all hardware and toss it in the dumpster today 1 handle is 75 bucks ther so hard to find, guy in texas has some and will only sell you a few to spread thm out-----------------
Carl...any chance you've heard of a band called Led Zepplin?
They got several Black Dogs, their Houses are of the Holy and they spread a Whole Lotta Love. If you go up their Stairway To Heaven you can meet their Dyer Maker.
The band had a drummer called John Bohnam; I think he died while reading the book "Moby Dick" or something like that, he was definatly in their Presence.
he is my idol !has been since 1969 when i was in the 6thgrade and heard whole lotta love on a m radio and said whats this!!!!! demanded a drum set and thats when it started songs that were out at that time----yummie yummie i got love in my tummy and i fell like lovin you--so zep was like totally the other side i have actual photos of bonzo and the boys on the other wall !! ****z on the celieng dont get me started about bonzo !!ask u k paul !!he gave me the maps to visit his grave in old hyde cemetery i got a file from paul from last year when i jump the big puddle im going to pauls ,,he has photos of his vette in the same spot that poster on my wall is the setting from nebworth except pauls vette is where zep was in the promo poster i got from 1980! him and his wife are a wealth of info for me& my bonzo
still more and then the celieng---do you like the song remains the same clock?--------------
It was hard to see the blue hands...didnt know it was a clock until you mentioned it...besides; Elvis was scaring me.
What the heck is his wooden head doing in there?...I just seen him at the 7-11, he was getting a chili dog and a coke...getting kinda fat too!
ahhhhhI see now...the blue light was lighting the cymbol stands and I thought that was the clock....now I see!!!!!
very cool...disregard whats written at top sentence.
