Default 1981 Restoration Project

My 81 has been in the shop since 22 Dec 2005. Charlie Valenti of Rosedale Maryland is doing the body/paint work for me. Complete strip down exterior and new interior by the time its done. The car originally was a Dark Blue Metalic with Red Interior. By the time he's done she will be Titanium Silver Metalic with Red and Black Interior. New Badging, New 79 style Tail lights, new wheels and new exhaust system. I recently took some pictures of her stripped down and will post later on.
Right now my biggest concern is an exhaust leak coming from the left exhaust manifold - finding a replacement stock manifold has become a real challenge. Some on her have suggested swapping out for exhaust headers but every one I come across "Is not street legal". Any body have any suggestions?

Didn't see any that were street legal -- I'm wondering since these headers came from the 80 California 305 engine if a Camero 305 which I saw under Edelbrock would work?

Any help with the Camero 305 headers being the same as the corvette headers for an 81? Anybody?

If you ever decide to get rid of the 305 headers lemme know. I need just about any 305 'vette stuff I can get for our car. The 355 that's in there is going in favor of the original Lg-4 305, believe it or not.
