Glad you like my screen name I chose it because that is my absolute favorite place to be. I work my A$$ off so that several times a year I can sit at the Hard Rock and drink Margaritas while the sun sets.
Hopefully someday I will take the Vette and make it my permanent home.
I am guessing about 1000 miles a year for my C3's. I have a 73 and a 72 and thats about it. For my 86, it is more of a daily driver, so around 5000 per year. Total is then 7000.
I have owned my 75 vert for just a little over 8 years and have put 12,000 miles on it.
I'd like to get my hands on a 75 vert. They are climbing in price fast!
Kona, spent my honeymoon in Hawaii 20 years ago. Had kona coffee every day! My wife and I would love to go back. My buddy owned the para sailing buisness on Ohau(spelling?).
Insurance cut off is 5000 miles. I drive it about 5000 ayear.
My insurance taged as antique, doesn't have a mile restriction.Grundy
I wonder why some guys don't insure their cars all year? During the winter the car may not be driven but damage could occur, say in the garage?
Sadly, only 2-3K miles (weekend driver). Once the kids get older (#1 @ 21 mos, #2 due in 2 weeks), the mileage should increase from more frequented car shows, events, etc. Who knows, by then I may have a different Vette!
I have had it for 7 1/2 months (5 months on jack stands) and have run 2 tanks of gas thru it. I am guessing 500 miles. Will drive it as much as poss when I get the projects to be small.
hard to say, i dont have my console in the car so i cant tell how fast im going, or how far ive gone.
in the 2 years ive been driveing it (maybe 6 months actual drive time, rest has been winter storage or fixing problems) ive put maybe 1000 miles on it.
