I did this in 2004, replaced all lines with the body on.
The long line is the most diffucult one, you'll have to get the car on tall jackstands (the 4-ton are fine, the small 2-ton are not tall enough and a little bit unstable).
Try to get the old lines off without cutting them, the new lines go in just like the old ones came off.
Close the ends of the new lines with tape so you don't get any dirt in there during the install.

When I ordered the new lines I asked them to add a connector(union) about 6" behind the tranny crossmember. I thought this might make the lone line easier to install.
