I am looking for an article from the Feb 06 copy of corvette fever about swapping TBI onto a C3. I believe it was called, "low cost fuel injection, TBI swap into a shark for $400" or something along that line.
If anyone has a scan or copy, it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have the article with me this weekend but you might have some luck if the mag posted it on their webpage. Try this link to their Tech Articles.

I looked at the story in my Corvette Fever. It could maybe be done for $400 but it looks like a PITA to accomplish. Sorry, I don't have a scanner to show you the article. I installed a Holley Pro-Jection system on a different vehicle some years ago which was a fairly easy install but the computer was junk. I'll be leaving my carb on until I can afford a new Commander system or something similar.
I already have the complete system, and I originally bought it to convert my truck from a carb to TBI since I drive it more, but I figured I would look at the article to see what was needed to put it on the corvette instead.

Send me your email and I will send you a scanned copy.
I'm looking into using a TBI set-up from a boat (Mercruiser). All the components are self-contained (so to speak) within the confines of the engine compartment. Appears to be more compact than the automotive version.
Huge up to Ron! If your ever in DFW, I certainly owe you a beer.

Darn, I was just there in August! I just resent it to you. Let me know if that one works. If not I will save it in another format but I won't be able to get to it until tomorrow.
