Anyone know where to get a filler plate for the front of a c3 ?

Beware they are writing tickets for no front plates here in the great state of Texas. Ask me how I know bet you can guess. Personally I think it is total

Calif requires front plate...I run without one...I like the additional cooling into RAD......
