You will never be right side up but you might find it rewarding to rebuild the car for the enjoyment.
From a strictly money standpoint it always pays to buy the best car you can afford in the first place. This is not one of those.

the interior was out of my car when I got it, and the paint was stripped (badly I might add), it sat outside uncovered like this on the side of a shed at my friends fathers house for almost 20 years!
at least they gave me all of the parts that they took off.
