Full Floating Calipers
I think we can all agree that the runout on the rear bearings is root of all evil for air in the calipers.
Is there a conversion to make the calipers floating?
If not - why not?
The only advantage to a fixed caliper is you don't have to worry about bending your caliper. A floating caliper is basically an upside down U that fits over your rotors. If you really apply a lot of force, you could conceivably bend them and reduce your braking. Fixed calipers are stronger and thats why they are used in racing.
