Just went through this on my 75. Runs better without, but. . .
If you need to get emissions permit you will need much if not all of the equipment reinstalled.
Not a concern if you are in smaller cities but in larger ones it can be an issue (for me Denver).
If you sell to someone who wants to use it in a larger city some states require seller to get emissions work done before titling.
If these aren't an issue for you, enjoy the power but keep the gear.
