Default Turn Signal Indicator Lights

This weekend the right side turn signal indicator when out on the dash, do you have to pull the whole speedo/tach assembly or can you get to the bulb by removed the bezel? 1982 by the way

Pulled my 80 speedo/tac out for the same reason including high beam indicator. Could not get to it and ran out of time. I did some research and I think you have to pull the center cluster out first so that you can unhook the speedo cable and tac wires so it will come out.

Turns out,(first night drive) that the high beam switch is bad. It stays on bright and when I pull the lever they go to low but won't stay low and I wonder if that is causing the lights not to work in the center. Any thoughts someone????
