Bead Roller has Arrived

Harbor Freight had 18" bead rollers with 5 sets of dies on sale for $129 Sooooooo

I bought one and a 10 ton portapower (Gotta swap Diffs as soon as it gets warm)

Anybody got any hints on using one? Gotta make a new Dash, Kick panels, door panels, center console, ebrake cover, and battery/storage panels...

this is the Idea for the Door panels...

bead before bending...that's all the tips i can give you. It's not that hard to do and I think you have a lathe right? You can make up all the die sets you can think of

I bought one a couple of years ago from Eastwood but the only thing I've ever used it for was putting a bead on intercooler/turbo/radiator pipes to give the hose clamps something to grab onto. With a bead roller and a metal brake, there's alot you can do.
