paint and trim decode
hey can anyone tell me what my trim color should be with a trim code of 415 and a paint code of 945, also on the tag it says chevrolet L24 is that the engine code or what. also can anyone suggest a good restoration book on corvettes. thanks scott

need to know the year of vette. found both codes but they don't match year wise. in 68 the code 415 was for medium blue leather however the paint code isn't correct. the paint code 972 corresponds to '72 briar blue. as far as the date code lt would be july of the build date not dec. the 2 numbers would be date.
