69 resto history
I purchased my 69 last Sept...restoration was done in Wisconsin between 1990-1996...first two pics are from documents from previous owner:
What he started with:
After frame off,etc...final paint about 1995 ??
Same paint today:
Original resto included a 454 engine...2nd owner installed ZZ502/502 in 1999....must say resto was very good by the guy in Wisconsin...am going to try and contact him soon...found his name/address on receipts.

The vette was sold to a local guy here around 1998..he then pulled the 454 and installed the ZZ502/502 in 1999 and changed vinyl seats to leather..since,I have replaced the 11 year old TRW composite with a Gulstrand steel 7 leaf..waiting now on Bilstein Sports I ordered to replace the KYB's....

We were racing every month back then...the C3 belonged to a friend...the other I can't remember,but it may be another friends that was a B Production SCCA car he bought and painted......
