Default Spring so close yet so far.

It has been a very mild winter here in S. Wisconsin. I even test drove a new Vette with the Paddle Shifter in Jan. when it was 50 degrees out. 25 degrees above normal. Yesterday it was 53 degrees here in S. Wisconsin. So I start to think early spring maybe get the Vette out of storage at the end of March instead of mid April. YEAH RIGHT Tonight and into Thursday 8-10 in. of snow. Over the weekend Highs in the teens and lows between -5 to -10. I guess I should not complain. We did not get 2 ft of snow like the some parts of the N.E. Arrrrrrrgh can you tell I have the itch Cold weather Vette owners... How do you scratch your itch???? I go on Corvette Forum you?????

My boy and I are going skiing just a little bit south of you at Galena, Illinois Thursday and Friday. Not looking forward to skiing in single digit temperatures!

The highs here are supposed to be around -10 by Friday. That's OK. The Vette is a couple of feet up in the air for the 700R4 swap right now. I think the best way to scratch the itch is to work on it over the winter when it can't be driven anyway. You can do a lot of different things that take more labor than money such a suspension bushings, u-joints, etc. to keep busy.

No way ... highs are reaching close to 60 here, despite the
recent blizzard.
-10 ... bundle up.

A foot of snow on Sunday. 50 degrees on Wednesday and 55 degrees and sunny today. More crappy weather predicted for this weekend. I drove her yesterday and I will drive her today, but then it is back under cover until the warm weather is back. And yes - I have my list of to do's too. So my baby will be a work in progress, just like she has always been, one of my favorite diversions.
