Interior panel mounting question
Almost all of the screw holes at the top of my lower dash panels have been opened up so much that the screw heads go right through and there's no way to get a tight fit. What is the best way to repair these? I know that I could use washers between the screw heads and the dash panels, but I would like to keep a close-to-original look if possible. I'd love to hear people's solutions to what is probably a common problem.

I used epoxy let it set sand flat then drill your new hole & countersink into the new epoxy....paint with interior dye(Paint) looks like new! take your time...works fine.

Thanks for the great suggestion. Simple, cheap and very effective. I'm thinking that taping some small pieces of teflon sheet behind the holes will keep the epoxy from running through during the curing.
