Default Paint Job

I'm in So. Cal and looking for a reputable paint house. I've been to a couple of shops, however, maybe somebody out there has had their baby recently painted? How did it turn out and would you recommend them? Thanks

So. Cal. should have a ton of good paint shops. But I think that I would stay away from any that I can afford. Even here in Texas, a hundred mile drive can save thousands. You might need to drive farther.

Believe it or not, if you do most of the prep work and strip the body yourself, you can get a good paint job from 1 Day for well under $1000. I've had 3 classic cars painted from them, all with good results. It won't be a show winner, but certainly worth the price. I've had real good luck with the shop on Holt in Pomona. My '72 will be painted there before summer.
