Oh My Gawd!!!
been having a problem with my 71BB for a while. been kinda chugging until i get above 2000-2500 rpm. decided to change the plugs to see if that made a diff. found a plug with almost no gap at all... damned thing is so fast now its absolutely scary. thanks to all those guys for their input in trying to help me figure it out. when you fix a problem thats been buggin you with these cars its actually an incredible high....

I had a big block (non-corvette) in the early 70's that had a tendency to foul the #8 plug about every 4 - 5 months. Probably valve guides - traded it off for my 75 Corvette.
