I always have liked the "Nascar" look. Simple yet no nonsense tough. I know it is all a matter of taste and not everybody likes the same things. I do appreciate your opinions though.
I was just curious out of these three choices (If you pretend to like this style.) which wheel would you choose.
Oh... That is helpful
(Funny though because that is exactly how I feel about the queer stock rally wheels that I have on there now... )
As my late father used to say, "If it don't go chome it". I'll believe I'll keep my stock Brokeback Rally Wheels if you don't mind. I kinda like the way "stock" looks. ;-)
While I'm not wild about your 3 choices, I respect your right to do modify your car as you see fit. Have fun and good luck!

They all look the same to me. Maybe the aero one would be my choice, but that is becasue I can get a good look at it. The diamond appears to differ only in the area where it has a D in the cutouts.
Actually, I briefly considered the same rims you've posted links to... but then I decided to go with THESE. 15X8 front, 15X10 rear...
I think "smooth" chrome looks a lot better... Looking at 'em in my shop, I'm happy with the choice I made...
If you're set on that style of wheel, though...? Go with CHROME...
Smoothies ... . Did you have any caliper clearance problems? Do you have any pictures? I personally have more of a go than show kind of taste. Chrome to me is the epitimy of show (and clean and clean and clean...).
The three wheels are essentially the same. I just have been looking at these for some time and want to make sure I am not missing anything that others may notice.
Well, well, well. "queer" stock rally wheels?? Why is everything you don't particularly like "queer"? Just a automatic "put down" reflex I guess. Check out this site, it may help!!
Appearance-wise, they are too close to call, so I'd have to judge by price/performance/quality. I don't know the quality aspect of the three companies, but they do list the weights. Diamond then Aero then Bassett. That's the weights from lightest to heaviest. But WAIT! There's more!
It appears that only the Bassetts are DOT approved. You care about that? If so, you only have one choice among those listed...Bassett. BUT! Basset does off a 15x8 lightweight that's not DOT approved and weigh only 17 pounds...comparable with the others.
SO... you're (I'm) back to quality and price. I get the best feeling about Bassett.
I like the black wheels and have been thinking about replacing the stock aluminum wheels on my black '78 with those. I like the Diamonds too. I wonder what's the weight difference? What do the stock 15x8 aluminums weigh?
