Default What spoiler is this??

All the chin spoilers for chrome bumper cars that I've seen before are pointed at the edges, but the one above has round corners. Can the spoiler be bought this way or was it a custom mod?

The one on the pace cars has the sharp edges:

All the chin spoilers I've seen so far have those, I was just wondering if anywhere sells this version with rounded-off corners...

I have this exact spoiler on my 79. I'd prefer the squared off Pace Car version. I got it on ebay last year, I think the vendors call it "One Piece American Style" spoiler.

I've got it on my 79. I love the way it looks, to me it flows more with the c3 lines. Nowhere on a c3 is there a squared off edge so why would you want an aftermarket spoiler that had them. Granted some look good. just my opinion. I think mine came from ecklers. not positive. They sent me the wrong one first, and it had the square corners, sent it back and got the right one. I have pics, just don't know how to post them. will send to email if you pm with it.

Let us know where you find it. I really like the looks and it beats that small flimsy thing that came stock on our chrome bumber cars.

Not only that, but it appears to direct air up thru grille and cut off air up thru bottom openings.???, vice stock spoiler that catches..directs air further underneath up thru openings...

Agree w/ BlackRat.

It's aftermarket, similiar probably sold by all the Corvette venders at one time. Eckler's no. should be C-334 (68-72).

While I prefer the Indy design, if anyone prefers that one, get it.

The Indy ft. spoiler designed for our Vettes w/ wind tunnel scoops up air for cooling, cleans up airflow underneath & sweeps the airflow around the front tires.
Rec. for all 68-79 ! I put mine on as soon as possible, so early that the paint matches & it appears original.

And probably past the (often mandated) front license plate which is blocking air from getting to the radiator...

I like the rounded look. Maybe those are the "French" versions...
