Conv. Top replacement in CT....
So, I bought the Al Knoch video, and everything needed to do the top on my '70, but I'm still worried it will turn out like crap. Should I risk it or take it to a shop?
Anyone know a good shop in or near CT that could do it for me?

I've done 3 C3 tops and 1 C4 top and they all turned out ok... The first time you do it will probably be pretty time consuming, but once you did it once, it's not that difficult the next couple of times..

but i'm not going to be doing it a couple times........ im going to be doing mine, and I want it to come out right.

Corz, you have experience with them? I've visited their shop once, looks like they've got a solid operation going on, but have not had any work done there. I was thinking more along the lines of an upolstory shop. I guess they have probably done plenty of tops though.... I may visit them and see what they have to say.
