Okay, so the heating/ventilation system on my 72 coupe doesn't work whatsoever. Moving the dials simply doesn't have any effect - no blower, nothing. Where should I start in terms of what to try and fix? Keep in mind I have very little knowledge of these systems, so more detailed explanations would be nice Thanks guys...
check the fuse for the blower, make sure its plugged in(under the hood) Might have to pull the console to veryfy all the stuff under there is hooked up, vac lines and wiring. Make sure the plumbing is hooked up, if there is a hot water valve, check it.
A service manual would be a good investment
Thanks for the advice guys, feel free to keep suggestions coming
Fortunately the guy I bought the car from gave me a Haynes service manual, haven't checked it yet...now is a good time for me to look into it, since I already have the interior out and am mostly done putting down insulation.
