No I did not notch the rocker panels. This was an original side pipe car and the fender has the factory notches. Someone took the pipes off before I got the car. I got the car from Pro-Team and I think they did it and put a 74 style under car exhaust on it. I went with these pipes as they are a lot more reasonable. the rockers are also a later model aluminum and not the correct 2 piece rockers. I would be a little leary with fiberglass rocker panels that close to that much heat.

Default ? on the patriots

do you guys have just one pipe connected or are all four...i've seen both ways, if all of them are, was it difficult. And one last question, the diameter of those is only 3" right not 4" like hookers?

Mine are 3 1/2 in tubes by 63 inches long. Correct only one tube is hooked up. it has the 2 in inlet pipe. Iuse the stock rams horn. Like the original set up.

Default sound

I really like the sound of the pipes. Most people that listen to them like the sound also. It is a lot different from say a flowmaster, but a good deep sound.

I installed them on my '68 SB and they sound great-a nice deep rumble and when you hammer it they really sound off. Almost sounds like a BB. Roger B.

Thanks I have been looking for that information. All I don't know is what lenght do I need. You went with 63in., I have a 80 corvette. I would like them to stop behind the door and ofcourse just infront of the rear tires. Does anyone know what length I need? Thanks again!
