I want to eliminate the side lights on my 74. Is this legal in Ca? I see many cars w/o, but they have taillights that partially wrap around.
If it's possible I want them filled for a smoother look. I already filled the stingray emblems and the alarm key hole. Anyone know? TIA

If my info is correct, side markers were a fed requirment starting in 68(one way to tell the difference between a 67 & 68 Camaro), so removing them probably isn't legal anywhere. But I've never heard of anyone getting hassled over not having them, and it does look when they're filled in
