Signature problem!!!

Signature problem!!!
I've done a signature in the UserCp part, see it as a preview, hit save, etc., but NO signature. No error messages, no "your pic is too big" or anything. What am i doing wrong?

I see it when you click on the username....but I thought it put the sig at the bottom of every post like some others have?
while I'm at it...how about the MY CORVETTE PICTURES link some of you have under the username? Where can I go to add the pics? I dont see any photo album option under userCP.

test...i did have it checked...tried un-checking, then saving, then checking again to see if it now shows?????

test...i did have it checked...in userCP, but I did NOT have it checked in the window used when typing a message! thanks...
how about question # 2 now???
