Default Body Mount Nut Spinning - Access?

Mount just rear of the drivers door. Had the bolt 80% removed and the bottom nut appears to be spinning now. Any ideas how to access?
Appears to sitting in an enclosure on top of the chassis.

The cage for the nut is welded to the top of the frame. You should be able to see it from underneath the car. Access is tight but you should be able to stick a screwdriver or something else into the cage to stop the nut from spinning. Some PB Blaster will help loosen things further also. Good luck.

I had the same problem on the driver's side. I cut the fiberglass below the opening and glassed it back in place after I replaced the body mount... Once the fiberglass was cut I had pretty good access, I wedged a screwdriver between the nut and the cage and removed the old bolt. Then I cleaned the threads and re-installed the old bolt and welded the nut to the cage. Then I replaced the body mount and installed a new bolt, glassed the fiberglass piece back in place

If you don't want to lift the body this is probably the best way to go, see pictures, it's not visible after it's glassed in and painted.
