hey guys, i'm going to get the TTII's soon, i was going to get the 17x8 with 4 inch backspacing...the front tires are going to be 245s would 275 fit on the back or would they be too big? thanks
Tomz wheels is running a sale and I'm ready to order, unfortunately they told me 6.5" backspacing is the next size avail from 4" as part of the sale. I have offset trailing arms and was figuring 5.5" backspacing on a 17x9 or 17x9.5 so I can run a 275-295 tire, any recommendations?
Run a 18X10 with 5.5 backspacing in the rear. I have this with stock trailing arms. The 275 40 17 is also a small diameter tire. The 275 40 18 is bigger and fills out the wheel well better. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...8&forum_id=119

Will 17x9 or 17x10 with 5.5 backspacing fit as well? I want to stick with 17" all around, especially in the back where the rubber can 'wear down' quicker that the fronts...
