My Cheap 17" Wheels
I posted a while back about buying some no-name 17" chromed rims off ebay. I ended up giving around $600 shipped (I think, it's been a while)
Anyways they were 4.5" backspacing and I ended up relocating my parking brake bracket in the rear and they bolted up fine.
I snapped a quick pic before it goes to get painted. (I took the rims off after these pictures were taken
)
I just still need to lower the back end a bit but they look pretty darn good.

I disagree... 
I think C3s should have deep wheels... they don't appeal to me.
You should put either rally or another type , but with a little depth.
But hey dude, if you like it, that's all that counts.. your money, your car, your rules..
I like the rotors though

, who are they made by?They came from here, not sure who they are made by because the boxes they came in were generic boxes, no name on the box or the wheels. I got mine for $540 + shipping on my auction.
