Metallic paint for engine
I've been looking for a metallic paint for my engine. I see that the spray
can companies (Duplicolor and Krylon) have paint that looks like anodized metals. They also have some metal flake paints.
Anyone used these? Or anyone have a recommendation for a metallic paint that will work on an engine?

i did the duplicolor paint. after sandblasting all the parts i sprayed them w/metalcast ground coat(MC100) then topcoated w/the red anodized paint on the 1/2shafts, shocks and diff brkt. i topcoated the trailing arms and brake dustshieds and 1/2shaft ends w/Graphite textured metalic(mx100), i left the spindles w/the ground coat color. i've got my frt suspension in peices rite now doing the same theme as the rear. for my eng paint i'm using por-15 eng paint
