its not hard per se, but it does take patience and prep. I got mine from corvete america foam and leather covers very pleased

Bye the way these are were custome made by CA to match the tobacco interior of my 68. I used teh vynal primer and tobbaco dye in the buckets so it with match the new carpet and interior
just a littel touchin up to do
I will redo the original seat and keep them in storage for now cause im taken some 6 hour plus trips and they original one just plain suck on the highway
