Its not that I have to ask permission its just that if there is a big expense coming up that I dont know about I like to have the extra funds. Like SkyDaddy, my wife handles the checking account and the bills and stuff (putting that finance degree to work you know
) so she knows what may be up coming better than I do. Believe me, I dont ask, I just let her know I am about to drop a grand on the car and find out if there are any unexpected bills coming I need to know about. Marrage is a partnership like any business that involves money and partners you have to know all angles at all times, 10 years so far and we are still going strong.

My wife's '74 is the biggest expense we have currently. The other cars get no mods, all the money goes towards the '74. Its just the way of things I suppose.
