When claying this weekend, I noticed that my power antenna wobbles in the body opening. Nothing loose on top. Underneath, I don't see anything to tighten up. What's the correct way to snug the antenna up?

Should be some rubber grommets to seal the area as well as keeping it snug.
If it has wobbled for a while it may have worn he fiberglass down.
I seen at the local NAPA store here they have the correct 4 point antenna socket for sale.
I've got a 78 with a replacement power CB antennae from Corvette America. On the shaft of the antennae, I've got a fitting that fits underneath against the body, and then the black plastic and grommet piece on top of the body screws down over the shaft of the antennae. These two pieces screw tightly together.

Maybe a dumb question: if the grommet is present, is any of it visible beyond the edge of the antenna nut, or does the nut completely cover the grommet? I assumed that the grommet would take up most of the indention in the fiberglass. But, that wouldn't be the first time I assumed wrong...
Hmm, I'll have to have my son crawl under the car and hold the antenna up as I try to carefully tighten the nut from above. Is there a tool / socket that fits the antenna nut?
I have a little wrench that came with a kitchen faucet repair kit . There is a wrench available that fits the slots in the bezel, but I've also had luck with a pair of needle nose pliers. The bezel doesn't have to be real tight, just maybe a little more than snug. After all, paint right under that bezel.
