Sorry bobs77vet, I didnt' get that the first time, can you say that again?
I called the painter and he basically told me that he's busy and doesn't want the job.
I called the mechanic and told him about this and he said he'd talk to the painter.
Stay Tuned.
Les, if this shop doesn't want to work on your car, don't take it
to them. Your mechanic may twist his arm, but the quality of the
repair may be questionable. Try and get some cash from the mechanic.
Good luck,
The reason I stated that bob is because you posted that twice in a row. Now that I notice, I've seen that with other people"s post several times in the last few days. Am I the only one that sees it?

For some reason the site seems to be running really slow and going down a lot lately. I think the double posting is coming from people who click post and then click again when its not doing anything but in all actuality its posting their messages twice.
Don't know how the insurance scheme works in your Province, but there has to be a way that your insurance representative will get your money back. Who do you pay every month? Go to thatg person, and ask him/her what you should do.
There is always the Solicitor & Barrister method. But I know even with your no-fault - everyone's supposed to be insured Canadian Law, that shop should be paying.
Have you aksed him if he has Errors and Ommisions Insurance Policy?
