Width difference in front differential yoke?
Didn't know this. There's a difference in width on the front differential yoke? Some are 3.5" and some 4.25"?

Yes unless you find an offset u-joint. I think Danny has them at Van Steel if you need one. You could swap the yokes if they are different just don't compress the crush sleeve any more then it is. Follow the pinion seal replacement procedures.
