Default Need New Cam

I need a new cam for my 1981 coupe. How do I tell what duration, lift , angle and exhaust I need? I'm not sure but I think its all stock. When I adjusted my valves I noticed that the push rods were not all the same kind.
Would there be some markings on the old cam that I could read? Thanks for any help.

If it is stock, here is what Corvette by the numbers shows:

350ci/190hp
Hyd Lifter
Intake Lift .390
Exhaust Lift .410
Int. Duration 310
Exh. Duration 320
Rocker Ratio 1.50
Part Number 3896929
Casting Number 3896930
Casting Symbol Horizontal Diamond

This is the same Cam that all base 350 corvette engines received from '69-'81.
