Deal with it or sell your car and buy a 4 cyl japanese POS. This is like owning a rare race horse but complaining about having to feed it fodder.

I'm just happy my vette is now running and it can make it to the station under it's own power. I really am proud to stand at the pump and fill it up. After spending $50,000 to get it running a tank full is change.

Y'all should check how much gas you're actually getting in addition to the prices cause gas stations have been known to fool around with the display readings on their pumps.

It's a crap shoot no matter what you do... so just limit your driving if you really want to save money.

 

I think everyone is concerned about gas prices no matter what they drive. The link may at least save someone a very dollaers on a fill up, so thaks for posting it. Here in Canada we also have a site for gas prices....

I filled up car last night at $3.29 per gallon. Now that I check the link to the website, I see that I filled up at the cheapest gas in my zipcode area. Woo Hoo.. lucky me.

The most was a Chevron station at 25 cents per gallon more.

Things must be getting tough for some...I saw a chick (dressed in business attire, driving a newer Honda Civic), pay for $2.00 worth of gas today...

 

$1.20 a liter Canadian is $4.00 a gallon... woa...

$CDN per litre = [$USD per gallon] / ( 3.7853285 * [Value Canadian dollar in USD] )

 

Easy Math: $1.00 Candian Dollars per liter is $3.34 US Dollars per gallon.

I know all about the pride part..
I really feel cool pulling up to a gas station and parking any old way, because the gas tank lid in in the center, so I dont have to worry about the direction I come in...

I feel cool standing there filling 'er up, while people stop and stare.
Invariably atleast one person comes up to get a 'closer look' and ask.. "which year is it ?"

Once this girl (asian) stopped to look and asked me the unbelievable question "wow ! what car is this ?" "Corvette ? really ?" I didn't know they looked like this... apparently, the girl thinks that the corvette is a new car that probaby came out in the last 5 years... (only recognises the C5)

 

I hate that site. My secret gas station is now well known, and I have to go there late in the evening to avoid waiting in line.

 

We are paying US$4.50 a gallon in Tasmania, Australia and you guys think you have problems. Lucky Tasmania is not as big as the US.

 

But Tazzie os cool I do admit. Did they ever execute that kid who shot all those people at Port Arthur? Never heard the followup of that sicko.
