Will a 265-60-15 fit on an 81 vette without issue?

it looks as if its very close to the stock 225-70-15 thats on there

got 265/50/15 all around, fronts rub a touch when turning very sharp

This is what you want. They are the tires that were put on the 82 from the factory. Anything larger you may have problems in the front with the tire rubbing on the lower rear opening of the wheel well depending on your alignment setup.
