Headlight Bucket Paint
I've got my headlight buckets out and I'm in the middle of restoration. I've completely disassembled one while the other remains my map to reassembly. The frame and cover seem to be cast aluminum. I had both bead blasted and they are very clean. Between the grease and the original and re-paint overspray I am not able to determine what the original condition of those two pieces was. Does anyone know if they were painted and what color? They're nice enough to stay virgin aluminum, but I'd rather get then to the original state if possible. Any help?
