No Go Window!!!

i had this problem for a long while but never came around to getting it fixed..... my power widow motor will spin but the windows wont move...but the worst part is, the windows can move up and down if you push it with your hands..in addition both windows are shaky and slaps around when i hit a bump.will a torn gear casue this or somthing else?????

Problem will be related to a loose gear or a worn gear of the motor. Remove panel and check motor and window glass installation.

u also need the window felt guides...2-3 per side i think..... to help put pressure on the window for side to side vibration

could also be teeth missing on the regulator, thats what my problem was. had a bunch of teeth missing off the very end of the gear and motor would just spin until i pulled up on the window and it caught the good teeth and go up.
