CANAM 502 Update - Pics
Starting to make some progress! Still got a long way to go...
Lowered the rear end with some 8 inch VB&P bolts now it looks better. Need to install my shorter gulstrand spring.
Planning a 3 day work marathon on Memorial weekend.
Install ROD 6 speed
New Dive Shaft/Dragvette Loop
Install new loaded offset trailing arms/Dragvette loops
Install new 3.36 diff/six link setup
Install seat mounting rails under the tub
Install CNC'd winshield clips and rear window straps
Install new SS Ebrake cables
If I have time:
Install upper tubular A arms
Install VB&P 550lb springs, install new disk shields and VB&P 2 piece Front Hubs/Rotors
Still on the list:
Install plastic ducting to radiator
convert to a stock alloy expansion tank/Some cutting and tig welding required
CNC set of sway bar tabs for the tubular lower a-arms
Fix Hole in hood/Install NACA duct and airbox around filter
Install windshield wiper motor
Finish installing and weldng up roll cage

My 12yo daughter helps me. I'm teaching her cutting/welding/wrenching/electrical/saftey.
forgot my camera was gonna take an Mpeg... Made the windshield hold down clips and rear window straps on our little CNC mill tonight
I'll get plenty of Pics.
Fuel Cell/foam and sender is from Speedway...
Pump mount is from 87 vette customized a bit to take AN fitings and a remote cap... If I made it today it would have nice CNC radii to match the top...
