Replace window felt and weather stripping
How do you replace the window felt and rubber weather stripping where the horizontal portion of the door meets the glass? Do you have to remove the window and how do you access this area?

the rubber ones on the outside of the glass can be done with the glass in the car. There are usually 3 small screws attaching the strip to the door and it is glued on. The inner strip is stapled to the lip on the inner door panel, pull the panel off and you can see how it attaches. There are also fuzzy Anti rattle bumpers inside the door, 2 each door. Check those while the door panel is off.
