Has anyone had any luck doing leather repairs? What did you use? Was it difficult? I am upset...I have a small 3 corner tear that need fixing, and the rest of the seat is perfect.

I would try stitching it up with NYLON thread.
This will at least keep it from getting to be a bigger tear.
This is best done from the inside with the cover removed,
but it can be done OK from the outside if you take you time.
This is what I did for the rips in my vinyl covers.

the way to do it is glue a patch on the underside of the tear. There are a few companies around that do that sort of thing. Properly done you can hardly even tell its there. try this before any stitch work. It could entail taking the seat apart to get it, but maybe not.

If you do decide to stitch it up, go to a good craft store (like AC Moore) and get a nice curved needle, it will make the job that much easier and you will get better results.
