Hi guys. I know this has been answered somewhere else before, but I'm too ragged to look, so I'm hoping someone can give me the cliff notes version.
I haven't gotten my '78 L48 on the road yet because I'm waiting on a governor gear. But I've had Rochesters on Sharks before, and even when sitting in the driveway, I could goose it and get the secondaries to start to open at briefly higher RPM's. The car I'm putting together now won't open the secndaries in the driveway at all. Should I wait till I can get the governor gear installed and try it on the road, or should I start trouble shooting now? And if so, anyone have those cliff notes handy?
