That looks terrible. My parents have a 19,000 mile '77 Vette in a lot better shape than that thing. It must have spent much of its life outside.

$3500 is wayyyyyyyyyyy too much for that car....
youre going to spend atleast $12,000 on that car to get it back to pristine

i think it depends on if you want the car to be ncrs or if you want
the car to be NCRS the not correct form.

if its for a daily driver and you can do the brakes and maintenance that it needs to get it back to road ready then $3500 and a $1500 maaco/sheib paint job you will have a vette that looks decent and can tool around in.

if you want pristine and ncrs then yeah its gonna cost you a bunch

IF that car truely only has 37K miles on it (which I doubt), all I can say is this is a prime example of how not to treat a car.

The owners might have noticed the car was rotting away if they had driven it once in a while.
